You might know that feeling when you don't want to go exercise and you trick yourself into it. Some people put on their exercise clothes. My trick is to pick out music, audio books or podcasts for the next time I feel like running. Most of the time, this makes me feel like going for a quick jog that turns into a longer run.
Do you have to fill out a bunch of forms? Just write the obviously easy fields like the date or your name.
Have an overwhelming task? Just think of the one first little baby step. If it's less than 2 minutes, do it right away. Then the next step and so on.
